Return / Refund Policy
We Are Unable To Refund For The Following Reasons:
Slight Variations
On the website, there is a difference between colors and leather are shown which may vary to some extent from the actual colors, shade, texture etc. All the leather goods usually have some differences between them due to their intrinsic material properties. Though we do have in place mechanisms where we try as much as possible to provide quality descriptions specifically on the colour aspect, still there could be times when we are found wanting and we cannot be charged for the same. Therefore, in case the consignment delivered has a problem, it is necessary to first verify through email or call.
Late / Delayed Delivery
Refunds cannot be applied on delays. In case a consignment fails to arrive within 21 working days twice as many as conveyed by express shipment, the buyer can request a track code for the order. Nevertheless, if the shipment goes amiss, we will re-manufacture or re-ship your product without charging any additional cost.
Damage To Items Caused By The Customer
If you return the ordered product in a damaged or used state then you are not entitled to any refund.
All custom-made, sales item(s), All Made to Order and special discounted item(s) are:
- Non-Refundable
- Non-Returnable
- Non-Exchangeable
No refund or exchange the customer cannot return any leather product bought from Excellent Leather Shop which is customized for them.
Second-time returns are not acceptable.
Return Duration
Customers can request a return within 60 days of receiving their order. After 60 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted except for damaged or lost shipments.
Return Shipping Cost
The return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer, and the cost may vary depending on the customer’s country or area.
We full refund / partial refund for the following reasons:
Item(s) damaged or Lost shipment: If the product is damaged during the shipment, we will make and dispatch your order again at NO COST or we will REFUND you in the same form as the original payment method used on our website. We will process the refund on the credit/debit card which was used for the original purchase and on the other hand for wire transfer, if there is a lost shipment, damaged item(s) case or order cancellation, the refund will be given in the form of a credit note that will be authorized by the company. This credit note will hold a validity of a period of about one year. Processing time can vary from 25-40 business days after we receive the item at our facility. In an event of a valid reason for lost shipment, REFUND will be given.
